A man who thought he was a ninja scaled a metal fence, but alas he wasn’t a ninja and was impaled by said fence. We have all been there, right!? Anyone!?

I don't like how this reporter says he "thought he was" a ninja. Have some respect! So he's in the ICU after not making it over a 5'4" fence. He must be at least part ninja if he made it far enough over to get impaled – otherwise the article would be about him "running into" a fence.

Even if a real ninja were impaled on a fence, he'd (a) be able to extract himself and (b) even if he couldn't, he could remain undetected and avoid the embarrassment of being lifted off by local EMTs. UNLESS this whole was a diversion from a more elaborate attack elsewhere. Now that I think about it, that makes sense. Has anyone heard from Chuck Norris since this happened?

Disagree. I don't think a*real* ninja would have a problem just jumping over a 5'4" fence, let alone scaling it.

Overconfident in his abilities. Nice.
