In this episode, teams continued the leg from last week which is not over. According to Lynn & Alex, the leg had already been going on for two days. Surely the only sleep that teams have had has been on the airplane rides to India. Of course, the Chirpy Old Farts are chirpy as hell that they were not eliminated. The next clue sent teams to catch a train that bunched all of the teams up again. After all that shit everyone is again tied for first! The teams have naturally divided themselves into Rob & Amber and Ron & Kelly and then everyone else. Teams were told to wait on the train patiently for their next clue. Of course, they were woken up with their next clue and found out that they would be on the train for about 24 hours! That’s a long time to be on an Amtrak train, let alone a beat up old Indian train. You could tell that the teams were really tired and in serious need of a Pitstop.
Okay so then there was a Fast Forward and a Detour together and Uchenna & Joyce went for the Fast Forward. All other teams chose the Trunk Detour task. After the Detour, there was a Roadblock, and after the Roadblock was the Pitstop. Uchenna & Joyce completed the Fast Forward, which only required that Joyce shave her head since Uchenna was already bald. It was a little emotional but she got through it and they finished in first place. Sadly, after the big task they didn’t even get a trip for their first place finish. That kinda sucked for them. Leaving the Roadblock, Ron & Kelly and Rob & Amber were nearly tied and they were in a footrace at the mat. Ron & Kelly came in second and Rob & Amber came in third a second behind. Although Lynn & Alex left the Roadblock in fourth place, their taxi drove them to the wrong temple sealing their fate. Meredith & Gretchen completed the leg in fourth place and Lynn & Alex were eliminated. Phil advised the Chirpy Old Farts that they were the oldest team to go this far in the race. That was cool, but you still get the feeling that they are on borrowed time. Leg Stats Funniest Moment: Gretchen telling people to move the 600 pound elephant that she was riding in. Even better was that she didn’t have to ride in it to complete the task. Prediction of Next Team Eliminated: Meredith & Gretchen, it has to happen eventually. |

I didn’t like Lynn and Alex at all!!!! I was so glad when they got off. I had been waiting for that moment the entire race.
