My annual subscription to the Zonkboard comments board software expired and I don't want to pay the $10 per year to keep it going. Sadly, I found out that they no longer have a free version of their product. So after three years of service the Zonkboard is gone. It's not that it's expensive--it's just the principle of the whole thing. Also, I think the functionality conflicts with the site. The comments board urges users to comment there instead of commenting on blog entries which is what the site is all about!
