From the desk calendar I got for Christmas, here’s a pretty interesting trivia question:

Which U.S. racetrack was the first to install a photo-finish camera?


The racetrack in Hialeah, Florida, in January 1936. Now you can go to Hialeah and buy churros from viejos on the side of the road. Need some roses? Half dozen, $5.
