So, our offer has been accepted and we’re in escrow right now for our new place! Here’s the general location: 2 1/2 blocks from the Sony Metreon and Yerba Buena Park, 3 1/2 blocks from the SFMOMA, 6 1/2 blocks from Union Square, 6 blocks from PacBell Park, 2 blocks from the brand new Whole Foods market at Harrison and Fourth Streets, and best of all, it’s 5 1/2 blocks from my firm’s new offices at 55 Second Street.

It is a 1200 sq. ft., 1Bd/1.5Ba two-level loft with stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, hardwood over concrete floors, fireplace, 20-foot ceilings with skylights, and a common roof deck with amazing city views.

Here are some pictures of the place–we’re very excited!

  1. Howdy there, first-time visitor via Google search for “In-N-Out secret menu.” Turns out this is one of your favorite things.

Aside from a very well organized site that is easy to navigate and read, I must commend you on your latest habitat…San Francisco is a great place and you’re really lucky to have found such a place. May I ask how many pounds this shed from the ol’ piggy bank? Those pics are awesome!

    it is a beautiful place.
I’ve been to SF once and fell in love with the City, living there must be the greatest and living there in such a beautiful place will be the icing on the cake. I hope your escrow goes well, and if you had “offer anxiety”, just hold on to your seat for the “escrow anxieties”, you WILL be losing sleep – guaranteed!
    Congratulations once again…

  3. Mazol tov, Papi! The spread is top notch! I’ll be looking into some plane tickets so leave some room on the sofa for me. Perhaps I need to hurry up with those certs and move to SF. Congrats again. The place is seriously awesome!!!

  4. Well, well, well. Haven’t we finally made to the big leagues. Sweet pad. Congrats. I understand the escrow anxiety you went through cause my wife and I just offered and were accepted on our first home together as well. SF is way cool (we live down south in LA – but vacationed in SF in mid 2003). Loved it and will go back!!

I really enjoy the sarcastic slant you put on the news. Thanks dude. Keep it up and post more blogs with pics more often. For the record I think my favorite was the recent “Saddam Captured” blog.. Cheers and enjoy!!
