Kobe's Psycho Accuser

Accuser's name and all info about her should be published. His name is published and he hasn't been proven guilty, why not her name. Her friends names are all over the news.

It's strange, when Mike Tyson was accused of rape, his accuser's name was all over the news, who was African American, but, when a person is not African American, they're protected? What gives? Just as the people had a right to know it with Mike Tyson's case, they have a right to know it with Kobe's.

Naming the accused and not the accuser in the case is unconstitional and the judge's order not to film any of the witnesses and the bitch's family is also unconstitional. The media needs to file a case in the supreme court and get this judge off the case.
